The ACCA (Afro Canadian Contractors Association) - TCBN (Toronto Community Benefits Network) SDF (Skills Development Fund) Program is a three-week training initiative designed to provide BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) candidates with access to opportunities in the construction sector, specifically in skilled trades. The program combines classroom instruction with hands-on training, equipping participants with the essential skills to succeed in the construction industry. Upon successful completion, participants will also receive paid job placements with Afro Canadian contractors.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A strong interest and passion for skilled trades
• Identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC) and be physically capable of performing skilled trades tasks
• Hold a valid Social Insurance Number or work permit
