The Academy assists Black youth age 18-34, find a job in construction in skilled, unionized trades or professional, administrative, or technical positions in a construction company. This Free 16-week part-time program provides a flexible schedule that includes:

• Professional Development and micro-credentials
• Career exploration and job coaching
• Internship and job placements
• Union intake assessment and test preparation
• Financial support
